1. Acceptance of Terms

When you purchase a product from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal trading purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Resell, redistribute, or share the product with others
Modify the product code or create derivative works
Use the product for commercial purposes beyond personal trading
Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

3.3 Custom Development Services

Custom development services are provided according to separate agreements and specifications. All custom work remains the property of The Coding Trader unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

4.3 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes and discounts may be offered from time to time. These codes are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of offer. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional codes at any time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Technical issues that prevent the product from functioning as described
Duplicate purchases made in error
Unauthorized transactions

You agree not to use our website or products:

To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others

To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
